What happens when you feel burnt out from intense life pressures and spinning too many plates? There was a season in my performing career that felt like I was in a pressure cooker, and it was heating up.
We often head towards burnout when we hustle too hard and long for worthiness. For performing artists, this can be hard to avoid. Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by too much stress over a long period. What is the best thing to do? I'll share what I do in this episode.
